Where we work

Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Why we're looking for you

We're looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Partner to support the growth of our G&A and Go-to-Market teams. In this role you'll be a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers across Finance, People, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships — driving full-cycle recruiting, building the processes that make us better, and relentlessly pursuing top-tier talent for some of our most critical and hard-to-fill roles.

This is a high-impact position where your ability to flex between niche, senior-level searches and high-volume hiring programs — without losing quality on either end — will directly shape how we scale. You'll own this function and have the opportunity to build it the right way from the ground up.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

The impact you will have

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A and Go-to-Market roles — from kickoff through offer — with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate quality and experience
  • Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch across both functions: intake frameworks, interview guides, sourcing playbooks, and hiring manager SLAs that create consistency and rigor where there isn't any today
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines across niche and senior-level roles (Finance, People, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and high-volume programs — so we're never starting from zero
  • Serve as a true talent consultant to G&A and GTM hiring managers — shaping role scopes, aligning on what great looks like, and pushing back when needed
  • Use recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to identify what's working, surface insights, and continuously improve how we hire across both functions
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout
  • Flex across functions and role types as hiring needs evolve — whether that means a niche search or spinning up a high-volume pipeline, you bring the same rigor and hustle

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time across G&A and/or GTM roles at a high-growth company
  • A proven process builder — you've brought structure to a reactive recruiting environment and have the playbooks to show for it
  • Comfort operating across role types: you can run a highly targeted, research-intensive search for a senior Finance or Legal hire and execute a high-volume GTM hiring push without losing quality
  • Deep sourcing expertise, including fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies for both niche and broad candidate pools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — you communicate with clarity, consult with confidence, and build trust fast with leaders across functions
  • Data fluency — you use metrics to drive decisions and tell the story of your pipeline health, not just report on it
  • Exceptional organizational skills — you can manage a large, diverse req load without dropping the ball
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful — you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told
  • A growth mindset and a high standard — you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine your craft

Interview Process

  1. Recruiter Screen — 30-minute phone call to align on your background, what you're looking for, and answer any early questions
  2. Hiring Manager Screen — 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager to go deeper on your experience and how you work
  3. Full Interview Round — 1-hour video interview with senior stakeholders on the team covering your skills, approach, and how you'd show up in the role
  4. Final Round — 30-minute video conversation with a C-suite executive

Pay and benefits

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $150-180k, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package
