Onboarding AnalystNew York, NYMedical Practice OperationsRemoteFull-timeAbout Imagen
Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of 2026, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.
About the Role
We're looking for an Onboarding Analyst who is equal parts people person and operator to join our rapidly growing Clinical Operations team. Our physicians are world-class specialists, and their onboarding experience should reflect that—seamless, personal, and white-glove from the day they sign to the day they read their first study. Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you'll be the named, day-to-day point of contact who guides each physician through onboarding, answers their questions, removes friction, and keeps every step on track— using data to spot and resolve bottlenecks before they affect a start date. It's an ideal role for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with physicians and takes pride in delivering a premium experience, backed by strong organization and attention to detail.
