Position Summary 

The HR Consultant (Manager, HRBP) serves as a strategic enablement partner to the Signify Health HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, providing analytical, operational, and executional support that enables senior HRBPs to focus on enterprise‑level leader and workforce strategy. This role owns workforce reporting, dashboards, and proactive insights across colleague relations, talent management, development, engagement, and compliance, translating data into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions.

The HR Consultant partners closely with COEs, HR Shared Services, and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, support cyclical HR programs, resolve complex or recurring issues, and lead the execution of change initiatives, restructurings, and special projects. By strengthening execution discipline, standardization, and operational rigor, this role enhances HRBP effectiveness, consistency, and strategic impact across Signify Health.

Core Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Insights

  • Deliver ongoing reporting and analytics to HRBPs across colleague relations, talent management, talent development, and colleague listening surveys.
  • Conduct proactive analysis of workforce trends and HR data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support HRBP and business decision‑making.

HRBP Enablement:

  • Support and educate HRBPs in the execution of cyclical HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, engagement surveys, succession/talent reviews, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure Monthly Business Review (MBR) inputs are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide tactical HR problem‑solving beyond self‑service and HR Service Center capabilities, identifying and resolving recurring issues and removing operational barriers.
  • Submit HR tickets on behalf of HRBPs when required and maintain accurate policy documentation.
  • Assist HRBPs with organizational restructuring, workforce transitions, and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment of organizational structure with evolving business goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR programs, trainings, communications, and leadership enablement activities.

COE Partnership

  • Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to operationalize and implement solutions that meet the needs of specific departments.
  • Support audit and compliance requests.
  • Provide follow‑up and resolution support for escalations originating from HR Service Center interactions.

Required Qualifications 

  • 5-7 years of work experience
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources or similar consulting experience 
  • Excellent customer service and change management skills 
  • Adept at problem solving, solution execution, and delivery 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2-3 years of Human Resources experience 
  • Proven collaboration skills with members of the HR centers of excellences and/or business partners 
  • Project Management Experience 
  • Knowledge of CVS Health systems and processes, including experience with Workday
  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Human  Resource Standards Institute Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent years of experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
